Cattle Auction Report for 06/22/2015

Receipts: 329 Week Ago: 371 Year Ago: 385

Compared to last week, feeders too lightly tested for a good comparison.

Supply light. Demand moderate to good. Cows and bulls were 22 percent of

receipts. In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 53 percent of the run;

heifers 47 percent. Near 29 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs. Slaughter

cows traded 1.00 to 4.00 higher on a better test.

Feeder Steers: Medium and Large 1 367 lbs 326.00; 400-450 lbs 297.00-

334.00; 500-600 lbs 257.00-286.00; 600-700 lbs 233.00-254.00. Medium and

Large 1-2 400-500 lbs 269.00-324.00; 500-560 lbs 258.00-269.00; 777 lbs 218.00.

Feeder Heifers: Medium and Large 1 350-400 lbs 286.00-294.00; 400-500 lbs

255.00-279.00; 500-600 lbs 235.00-254.00; 600-650 lbs 230.00-234.00. Medium and

Large 1-2 400-450 lbs 275.00-278.00; 500-600 lbs 226.00-242.00; 600-700 lbs

209.00-226.00.

Feeder Bulls: Medium and Large 1-2 350-400 lbs 312.00-320.00; 400-500 lbs
