MHC announces employee for April 2015

Marshall Habilitation Center announced Julie Robinson, DA I/CMA unit 4, was selected as employee of the month for April 2015. She was presented with a certificate and $50 from the MHC parent association in appreciation for a job well done.

According to a pres release from MHC, Robinson has worked at MHC for more than 22 years. She works with the community/waiver/ISL program and is actively working at a satellite home on English Street overseeing the needs, wants and being an advocate for four MHC residents. She assists with the tasks given to her by her supervisors and does them to the best of her ability. MHC officials say, it is easy to see that her work is centered on complete care of the men in the home and creating a homelike environment. Her quiet peaceful working attitude provides the unit with a role model to follow.

According to a press release from MHC, Robinson is a very quiet but a friendly person who relates well to her co-workers , supervisors and men in the home. Robinson stated she commutes to Marshall from Odessa because she likes her job and the consumers she serves.
