   Not enough feeder cattle on hand for a good price test but few comparable 
sales traded steady to firm. Slaughter cows another 2.00-5.00 higher after last 
week’s sharp upswing. Supply light and demand moderate to good. Cows and bulls 
accounted for 29 percent of the total offering. The feeder supply consisted of 
62 percent steers and bulls and 38 percent heifers; 48 percent of all the feeder 
cattle weighed over 600 lbs. 

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 480 lbs 279.00; 500-600 lbs 264.50-
266.00; 600-700 lbs 221.00-239.00; 700-800 lbs 199.00-211.50; lot 812 lbs 
185.00; pkg 948 lbs 177.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  300-400 lbs 314.00-325.00; 
pkg 427 lbs 263.00; pkg 571 lbs 250.00; pkg 745 lbs 192.00.  

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 359 lbs 289.50; pkg 440 lbs 254.00;
