Receipts:  513    Week Ago:  320    Year Ago:  745

   Compared to last week’s light test, steers under 450 lbs sold near 40.00
higher; heavier steers and all heifers near 12.00 to 20.00 higher.  Supply
moderate.  Demand good to very good.  Cows and bulls were 19 percent of
receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 55 percent of the run;
heifers 45 percent.  Near 37 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows traded steady.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 338.00-364.00; 400-500 lbs
280.00-334.00; 500-600 lbs 262.00-300.00; 600-700 lbs lbs 232.00-265.50; 725-
755 lbs 225.00-227.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  310 lbs 354.00; 400-500 lbs
