   Compared to last week, a very light run of feeder steers and heifers sold 
steady to firm. Slaughter cows steady to 3.00 lower. Small feeder offering this 
week as most everyone in the area is still focused on harvest. Supply light and 
demand good. Cows and bulls accounted for 19 percent of the total offering. The 
feeder supply consisted of 56 percent steers and bulls and 44 percent heifers; 
26 percent of all the feeder cattle weighed over 600 lbs. 

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 352 lbs 316.00; 400-500 lbs 301.00-
314.00; 500-600 lbs 270.00-300.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  pkg 392 lbs 300.00; 
400-500 lbs 259.00-283.00; 500-600 lbs 245.50-260.50; few 600-700 lbs 237.00-
260.0.  Medium 2  pkg 525 lbs 261.00; pkg 656 lbs 241.00; pkg 762 lbs 233.00.  

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 392 lbs 286.00; 400-500 lbs 261.00-
283.50; 500-600 lbs 250.00-266.00; 600-700 lbs 235.00-240.00.  Medium and Large
