Receipts:  622    Week Ago:  1090    Year Ago:  673

   Compared to last week, five weight heifers sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher;
steers over 700 lbs and heifers over 600 lbs sold steady to 2.00 lower on
a lighter test; other weights near steady.  Supply moderate.  Demand good
to very good.  Cows and bulls were 14 percent of receipts.  In the feeder
supply, steers and bulls were 53 percent of the run; heifers 47 percent.
Near 30 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.  Slaughter cows traded
steady to 1.00 lower.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 309.00-322.00; 400-500 lbs
280.00-313.00; 500-600 lbs 250.00-300.00; 600-650 lbs 242.00-253.00; 700-
800 lbs 220.00-230.00; pkg 817 lbs 217.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  400-500 lbs
265.00-304.00; 500-600 lbs 251.50-274.00; 600-700 lbs 228.00-250.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 265.00-286.00; 400-500 lbs
