   Compared to last week, feeders had a lower undertone on a light - lesser
quality test.  Supply light - demand good.  Cows and bulls were 21 percent of
receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 47 percent of the run;
heifers 53 percent.  Near 60 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows traded fully steady - firm.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  435 lbs 279.00; 635 lbs 240.00; 670 lbs
234.00; lot 832 lbs 220.10.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-400 lbs 285.00-312.50;
420-500 lbs 261.00-269.50; 520-600 lbs 239.00-267.50; 600-700 lbs 239.50-245.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  305 lbs 297.50; 400-500 Lbs 240.50-
255.00; 625-630 lbs 228.50-233.25; lot 768 lbs 216.35; load lot 817 lbs 213.
Medium and Large 1-2  330-390 lbs 250.00-257.50; 425-500 lbs 233.00-262.50; 520-
