Sedalia-Central Missouri Sales Company: Cattle Auction Report for 05/19/2014

Receipts:  626    Week Ago:  545    Year Ago:  485

   Compared to last week, steers steady to 6.00 higher; heifers uneven but
near steady.  Supply moderate, demand good.  Cows and bulls were 19 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 63 percent of the
run; heifers 37 percent.  Near 40 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows traded steady to 2.00 lower.
