Receipts:  608    Week Ago:  564    Year Ago:  0 (snow storm)

   Compared to last week, steers under 600 lbs and heifers under 500 lbs
sold mostly 3.00 to 7.00 higher; heavier weights near steady on a lighter
test.  Supply moderate.  Demand very good.  Cows and bulls were 16 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 65 percent of the
run; heifers 35 percent.  Near 29 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
Slaughter cows traded 3.00 to 5.00 higher.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 224.00-265.00; 400-
500 lbs 223.00-242.00; 500-600 lbs 207.00-233.00; few 625-630 lbs 193.00-
196.50; 700-750 lbs 172.00-177.50; pkg 817 lbs 163.00.  Medium and Large
1-2  300-400 lbs 230.00-239.00; 400-500 lbs 220.00-240.00; 500-600 lbs
190.00-217.00; 615-660 lbs 190.00-192.00; 700-750 lbs 167.00-169.00; 850-
855 lbs 158.00-159.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 216.00-230.00; 400-500 lbs
