Borgman received first in her category, Brown received third in his category, also serving as the alternate, Steinhardt also received third in her category and was also the alternate for her category and Miller received fourth in her category.
Borgman continued to districts on Nov. 13 at University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg. She won the district contest and now will move on as one of six students in the state to compete at the State Soil & Water Conference in Tan-Tar-A on Dec. 17.
Good job to all participants, and the Slater FFA wishes Borgman the best of luck at the next level.
