Marshall FFA members help with Veterans Day breakfast

On Monday, Nov. 11, seven members of the Marshall FFA chapter helped with the Veterans Day breakfast at Knights of Columbus Hall in Marshall. The FFA members helped by parking cars and carrying plates of food for veterans and cleaning up tables. The breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs and pancakes. During the breakfast, the veterans were recognized by branch of service and the war they were involved in. Children from second grade at Southeast Elementary came and sang to the veterans. The veterans truly enjoyed the children.
