Receipts:  766    Week Ago:  752    Year Ago:  544

   Compared to last week, most feeders sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher with some
heifers under 500 lbs selling up to 10.00 lower and seven weight heifers
selling 10.00 higher.  Supply moderate; demand good.  Cows and bulls were
11 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were
58 percent of the run; heifers 42 percent.  Near 39 percent of feeders
weighed over 600 lbs.  Slaughter cows traded firm.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  300-400 lbs 210.00-229.00; 400-500 lbs
176.00-214.00; 500-600 lbs 164.00-180.00; 600-700 lbs 162.00-172.50; 700-
800 lbs 160.00-172.00; few 800-850 lbs 152.00-153.00.  Medium and Large 1-2
300-400 lbs 190.00-214.00; 400-500 lbs 174.00-200.00; 500-600 lbs 164.00-
173.00; 600-700 lbs 163.00-171.00; pkg 710 lbs 162.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  few 370-400 lbs 169.00-170.00; 400-

735-745 lbs 152.00-152.50.  Medium and Large 1-2  few 350-400 lbs 163.00-
