Receipts:  534    Last Week:  1109    Year Ago:  600

   Compared to last week, feeders sold uneven on a lighter test with better
quality selling on a higher undertone.  Supply light with one load lot selling.
Demand moderate to good.  Cows and bulls were 12 percent of receipts.  In the
feeder supply, steers and bulls were 52 percent of the run; heifers 48 percent.
Near 44 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.  Slaughter cows sold near
steady to 1.00 lower.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 310 lbs 215.00; pkg 375 lbs 180.50;
pkg 453 lbs 188.00; 500-600 lbs 160.50-171.50; 620-650 lbs 154.00-171.00; lot
614 lbs thin 177.25; pkg 729 lbs 155.25; load lot 874 lbs 151.85.  Medium and
Large 1-2  475-500 lbs 170.50-182.00; 500-600 lbs 159.00-171.50; 600-700 lbs

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  600-650 lbs 142.00-144.50; pkg 725 lbs

lot 457 lbs thin 165.25; 500-550 lbs 150.75-160.75; pkg 817 lbs 134.50.
