Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a soft ivory chiffon A-line gown with ruched bodice and beaded straps with a chapel length train. She wore a cathedral length veil and a short reception veil with pearl details. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white carnations, ivory roses, star of Bethlehem, scabiosa pods, red hypericum berries, white bouvardia and white stephanotis with inlaid pearls.
The six bridesmaids wore a variety of tea length, beige and cream colored dresses with burgundy shawls. They carried hand-tied bouquets of black baccara roses, burgundy bouvaria, burgundy carnations, red rover mums and red hypericum berries.
The groom and groomsmen wore Vera Wang black tuxes with ivory vests and bow ties.
The wedding reception was held at Green Valley Country Club in Fairfield.
Bridal showers were given by the bride's co-workers and the groom's family in California.
Following a trip to Disney World and a Disney wedding cruise to the Caribbean, the couple are residing in North Kansas City.
The bride is a speech pathologist at North Kansas City Hospital and Carmel Hills Rehab in Independence. The groom is an admissions counselor at William Jewell College in Liberty.
