Marshall police arrest 2 on drug charges after serving search warrant Friday

Two Marshall residents were charged Monday, Feb. 4, with class B felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, according to Saline County Circuit Court documents.

Kristina M. Moore, 43, and David N. Cooper, 33, were arrested Friday, Feb. 1, after Marshall police officers served a search warrant at their residence.

Police report finding baggies containing more than a kilogram of marijuana, plus two containers of hashish, a container of hash oil, a number of digital scales and other drug paraphernalia.

Bond for Cooper was set at $10,000 cash only. Bond for Moore was set at $10,000 cash or surety.

Both are scheduled to appear in court Wednesday, Feb. 6.
