Marshall Lion's Club held its weekly meeting at 12:05 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at the Clubhouse in Marshall.
The meeting was called to order by President Nancy Harris. Lion Jene Crook led the Pledge of Allegiance. Lion Dennis Hunter gave the prayer and opened the meeting.
There were 14 members in attendance.
A motion was made by Crook and seconded by Lion Leslie Sturhahn to approve the minutes of the Dec. 3 meeting.
In old business, Harris reviewed the Buddy Pack schedule for December with changes. She also reported about the Salvation Army bell ringing and the Christmas parade.
A motion was made by Lion Brad Straub and seconded by Lion David Diehm to donate $540 to the Buddy Pack program to support three children.
In new business, a motion was made by Crook and seconded by Sturhahn to donate 72 rolls of mints to the Marshall Senior Center for Christmas baskets.
The meeting adjourned with Lion Ron Ott winning the kitty and leading the closing song.
