A Kansas City man has been charged with class B felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, according to unofficial online court records.
Saline County sheriff's deputies allegedly discovered a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine while searching Ricky G. Clark Jr., 32, at Saline County Jail.
Clark had been arrested by Blackburn police on suspicion of unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. While being booked at the jail, he asked to use the restroom, according to a Saline County Sheriff's Department report.
Deputies allege Clark attempted to flush a baggie down the toilet, but the baggie was recovered and a substance in it tested positive for meth.
Bond was set at $25,000 cash only
