Kingsville- Kingsville Livestock Auction: Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 12/18/2012

Receipts:  2269    Last Week:  3057    Year Ago:  1140
 
   Compared to last week, feeders sold unevenly steady.  Supply was moderate
to heavy with two load lots of 835 and 924 lb steers selling.  Demand good
to very good.  Cows and bulls were 24 percent of receipts.  In the feeder
supply, steers and bulls were 65 percent of the run; heifers 35 percent.
Near 38 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.
