   Compared to last week, calves sold mostly 2.00 to 5.00 higher; yearlings
not well tested.  Supply was light to moderate.  Demand was good.  Slaughter
cows traded steady to 1.00 lower.  Cows and bulls were 26 percent of
receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 61 percent of the
run; heifers 39 percent.  Near 18 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  350-400 lbs 181.00-186.00; 400-
500 lbs  176.50-184.00; 500-600 lbs 149.00-158.00; pkg 600 lbs 147.00; 720-
740 lbs 140.00-144.50.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-400 lbs 176.00-177.00;
440-500 lbs 150.00-172.50; 500-600 lbs 143.00-152.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  330-400 lbs 153.00-158.00; 400-
500 lbs 142.00-153.00; 500-600 lbs 132.50-142.50.  Medium and Large 1-2
400-500 lbs 138.00-154.00; few 555-565 lbs 132.00-132.50.

   Feeder Bulls:  Medium and Large 1-2  330-400 lbs 162.00-176.00; 400-
500 lbs 134.00-176.00; 500-600 lbs 132.00-146.00; 600-700 lbs 122.00-
132.00.
