Marshall police officers made an arrest Tuesday, Oct. 9, in connection with the recent burglary of a Marshall business, according to a news release from MPD.
Officers arrested James Allen Ray Roberts of Marshall. He was charged with class C felony second-degree burglary, class C felony theft of items valued at more than $500 but less than $25,000,
Bond was set at $10,000 cash or surety.
"Marshall police would like to thank the media for the quick posting of information in regard to the suspect vehicle, which in turn provided Marshall Police with numerous tips from the public in regard to the case which led to the arrest of Roberts," said police spokesman Roger Gibson.
Robert's bond was set at $10,000.00 cash or surety.
