Compared to last week feeder steers 1.00 to 5.00 higher, instances up
to 9.00 higher. Feeder heifers 1.00 to 9.00 higher. In both the steers
and heifers greatest advance was noted on groups and lots. Supply
was moderate and demand was good. Cows and bulls comprised 23 percent
of the run. In the feeders, steers and bulls were 57 percent of the
offering with 43 percent heifers; 24 percent weighing over 600
pounds.
