The king is back.
David Hunter of Wellington got his first win of the current season of The Marshall Democrat-News' Football Pick 'Em contest, scoring 11 of a possible 12 points in the second week. Hunter, the grand prize winner a year ago, nipped Marshall's John Allen by getting four points closer on the tiebreaker, Atlanta's 40-24 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs.
All 30 players were 100-percent in picking wins by four teams: Concordia, Milan, Hickman and St. Paul. The biggest upset was Moberly's 31-0 shutout of Kirksville, for which only three percent selected the winner.
Hunter receives a large Domino's pizza for the win. The Week 3 line-up is open and available for play.
