Newscope: Local government meetings slated for next week

Several local government boards will meet Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Marshall Municipal Utilities Board of Public works will meet at 8:30 a.m. in the MMU conference room, 75 E. Morgan St.

Marshall Public Library Board of Trustees will meet at 7 p.m. in the library meeting room, 214 N. Lafayette Ave.

Sweet Springs Board of Aldermen will meet at 7 p.m. in City Hall.

Other meetings next week include the Malta Bend Board of Education, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, in the school library, and Sweet Springs Board of Education, 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, in the conference room at the school.
