While the Saltfork Regulators were preparing to rob the bank in Blackwater Saturday, July 14, these suspicious characters were seen lurking in the saloon and loitering ominously on the street corner. Although they did not get involved in the shenanigans Saturday, Blackwater residents fear they have not seen the last of them.
