The 1955 addition to the former Fitzgibbon Hospital still has awning signs for Kazoos! a children's interactive art museum developed by building owner Pat OHanlon and his late wife, Dee Yoh. A proposed redevelopment project and nomination of the building to the National Register of Historic Places have been withdrawn by developers.(Eric Crump/Democrat-News)
