Johnny Stover, 54, of Mt. Leonard, died Monday, June 25, 2012, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Camdenton. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born Jan. 8, 1958, in Camdenton, he was the son of the late Ernest Stover and May Moore Stover. On April 3, 1976, he married Deanna Smithey who survives of the home. He had lived in Mt. Leonard for many years and was a trimmer with Rick Hicks Tree Trimming Co. in Marshall. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Camdenton.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Christopher Stover and his companion, Stacy Evans, of Mt. Leonard, Brandy Stover of Mt. Leonard and Richard Stover and his wife, Sabrina, of Tina; 17 grandchildren; two sisters, Evelyn McGuire of Camdenton and Gordenia "Punkin" Smith of Carrollton; one brother, Paul Stover of Carrollton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
