Coleta Perkins Murray, 64, of Hermitage, formerly of Marshall, died Thursday, June 21, 2012, at Christian Health & Rehab in Hermitage.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with Rev. Bill Perkins and Rev. Allen Perkins officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Shiloh Cemetery near Marshall. Memorials may be made to Shiloh Cemetery. Born April 11, 1948, in Nelson, she was the daughter of the late Coleman Perkins and Cora Case Perkins. She married Donald Lee Murray who preceded her in death. She had lived in Wheatland and Hermitage since 2006 moving from Marshall and was a member of Bethel Assembly of God in Hermitage.
Survivors include four children, Kathy Harlan of Kingsville, Earl Ray Hamment of Raymore, Russell Hamment of Sweet Springs and Thomas Hogan of Cocoa, Fla.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Doris Hayes of Wheatland and Cora Bonebrake of Rolla; one brother, Rev. Bill Perkins of Belle; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles, John, Jake and Rev. Fred Perkins; and one sister, Margaret Ann Perkins.
