Alan Dehling, 57, of Marshall, formerly of Sedalia, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.

Born Nov. 26, 1954, in Newburg, Wisc., he was the son of the late Harold Dehling and Delores Gander Dehling. On April 26, 1992, he married Teresa West who survives of the home. He lived in Marshall the last seven years, previously living in Sedalia. He was in the amusement business for nearly 25 years and most recently was a foreman with Murphy Brothers.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Daniel Dehling of Marshall; one daughter, Afton (Amy) Noelle West of Marshall; two granddaughters; one sister, Nancy Lapre of Milwaukee, Wisc.; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and one brother.
