The investigation showed that Lori L. Berger, 49, of Slater was turning west on Highway 240 Highway from North Lincoln Street.
Berger's 1995 Dodge Intrepid then collided with a 1998 Chevrolet Monte Carlo after she switched directions and headed south on North Lincoln Street.
The Monte Carlo's driver, Daniel J. Garza, 30, of Marshall had no apparent injuries.
His four passengers -- Charles W. Montgomery, Candy L. Norve and two juveniles had probable injuries -- according to the report.
Saline County Ambulance District transported Norve and the two juveniles to Fitzgibbon Hospital for treatment, according to a press release from MPD.
The crash report indicates Berger had an evident but nondisabling injury.
Her passengers, Toby Y. Cole and a juvenile, were transported to Fitzgibbon Hospital for minor injuries, according to the release.
Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers and the Saline County Sheriff's Department deputies also assisted at the scene.
