Bertha L. Robinson, 69, of Marshall died Tuesday, May 1, 2012, at her home.
Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Friday May 4, 2012, at Weiker Funeral Home in Slater. Private family burial will be Tuesday, May 8, 2012, at Mount Moriah Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Fitzgibbon-Mary Montgomery Hospice.
Born Dec. 31, 1942, in Hayti, she was the daughter of the late Rufus and Jossie Crenshaw Bolden. She was married to Rufus Robinson who survives of Slater. She was a member of the Aldridge Tabernacle in Slater and had lived in Marshall the past 15 years moving from Slater.
Also surviving are three sons, Craig Robinson, Marvin Robinson and Rufus Robinson Jr., all of Marshall; a daughter, Ethel Williams of Moberly; 16 grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; one brother, Rufus Bolden Jr. of Slater and four sisters, Ruthye Bolden of Slater, Lunnie Vargis of Columbia, Romona Claxton of Kansas City and Quilla Bolden of Marshall.
