Receipts:  239    Week Ago:  1047    Year Ago:  785

   Compared to last week, there were too few feeders for a good test.  With
heavy rain locally, supply was light.  Demand was good to very good.
Slaughter cows sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher.  Cows and bulls were 22 percent of
receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 76 percent of the
run; heifers 24 percent.  Near 48 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 345 lbs 210.00; few; few 530-
585 lbs 162.00-176.00; few 650-700 lbs 151.00-152.00; lot 775 lbs 140.00;
858 lbs 133.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  few 400-450 lbs 183.00-190.00; few
500-560 lbs 168.00-177.00.  Medium and Large 2  pkg 583 lbs 156.75; lot
671 lbs 146.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  pkg 295 lbs 184.00; pkg 492 lbs
161.25; pkg 500 lbs 158.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  few 320-385 lbs 164.00-
174.00; few 400-450 lbs 162.00-172.00; 500-600 lbs 146.25-158.00; few 600-
610 lbs 140.00-141.50; 600-650 lbs fleshy 136.00-138.00.
