   Compared to last week, feeder steers under 700 lbs sold steady to firm
with heifers calves under 600 lbs selling steady to weak.  Heavier feeders
were well tested this week but lightly tested last week.  Trade was active.
Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 higher.  Cows and bulls were 10 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 66 percent of the
run; heifers 34 percent.  Near 64 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  few 335-400 lbs 195.00-221.00; few
400-500 lbs 185.00-200.00, fleshy 182.00; 500-600 lbs 165.00-186.00; 600-
700 lbs 154.00-168.50; few 700-750 lbs 152.00-156.00; 174 head 800-900 lbs
136.00-141.35; few 945-970 lbs 128.00-130.00; lot 1005 lbs 120.00.  Medium
and Large 1-2  300-400 lbs 200.00-224.00; 400-500 lbs 182.50-194.00; 500-

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  few 350-375 lbs 177.00-180.00; 400-
