Candidates announced for April school board elections

Candidates have filed for the Apirl 3 election.

For local school boards there will be races in Blackwater, Orearville and Sweet Springs. Deborah Waller, Bobbie Renfrow, Tonya D. Holder and Paula Danner will race for two, three year terms in Blackwater.

In Orearville Richard R. Johnson and George Clemens will race for a three-year seat.

In Sweet Springs Cindi Sims, Darla Reid, Marc W. Johnson and Bruce Hoyes will race for two, three-year seats.

Many are running unopposed, and therefore no election will be held.
