Noemy Concepcion Hernandez Rivas, 58, of Marshall, died Monday, Jan. 9, 2012, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, 2012, at St. Peter Catholic Church with Father Tom Alber officating. Burial will be in Sunset Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church, and memorials may be made to family choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home. Born Feb. 20, 1953, in El Salvador, she was the daughter of the late Victor Vaquiz and Concepcion Rivas. She was married to Jose Lucio Hernandez, who preceded her in death on April 8, 2005. She had lived in Marshall since 2000 and worked at Tyson Foods in Sedalia since June 2002. She was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Mayrena Interiano of Marshall; three sons, Silder Hernandez of the state of New York, Jose Ulises Hernandez and Gerve Hernandez, both of Marshall; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandson; many brothers and sisters in the Rivas and Vaquiz families; and numerous nieces and nephews.
