Patricia Ann Ray, 70, of Marshall, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2012, at her home
Private graveside services will be held at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville, with William W. Harlow officiating. Memorials may be made to family choice in care of Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.
Born Aug. 7, 1941, in Elmira, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late Clifford Campbell and Mary Ensworth Campbell. On Jan. 10, 1965, she married Cecil O. Ray Jr. who preceded her in death on June 4, 2009. She had lived in Marshall since 1975 and retired from the Marshall Habilitation Center as a DAII after more than 20 years of service. She was a member of Southside Assembly of God in Marshall.
Survivors include six children, Dianna Robinson and Fred Hayes of Marshall, Bud Boston and his wife, Mary, of Wilmington, N.C., Jeff Boston of Joplin, Clifford Ray and his wife, Lorrie, of Hardeman, Kandy Crawford of Marshall and Valarie Cadwell and her husband, Donnie, of Marshall; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one sister, Sharon White and her husband, John, of Elmira Heights, N.Y.; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a twin daughter, Lorrie Ray.
