   Compared to last week, feeders had a lower undertone on a lighter test.
Slaughter cows traded 2.00 to 3.00 higher.  Cows and bulls were 17 percent
of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were 60 percent of the
run; heifers 40 percent.  Near 24 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

***There will not be a regular sale next Monday but there will be a special
cow sale Thurs December 29 in the evening***

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  300-400 lbs 167.00-189.00; 400-
500 lbs 160.00-168.00; 500-600 lbs 144.00-160.50; 650-700 lbs 136.00-
143.00; 700-750 lbs 132.75-135.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  300-400 lbs
164.00-181.00; 500-600 lbs 144.50-153.50; 600-700 lbs 134.00-142.00;
Pkg 710 lbs 134.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  300-400 lbs 140.00-145.00; 400-
500 lbs 132.00-145.00; 500-600 lbs 128.75-134.50; 600-650 lbs 125.00-
126.75; few 700-800 lbs 120.00-122.00.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-
400 lbs 140.00-145.00; 400-500 lbs 132.00-145.00; 500-600 lbs 126.00-
133.00.

   Feeder Bulls:  Medium and Large 1-2  300-400 lbs 157.00-175.00; 400-
500 lbs 145.00-164.00; 500-600 lbs 125.00-150.50; 600-700 lbs 122.00-
129.00; few 735-745 lbs 114.00-116.00.
