Others of prominence scheduled for induction are Cardinals outfielder Jim Edmonds, Kansas City Chiefs Pro Football Hall of Fame cornerback Emmitt Thomas, Missouri head football coach Al Onofrio -- along with two Tiger athletes, basketball's Jon Sunvold and football's Mel Gray -- Kansas City Royals catcher Jamie Quirk and major league catcher and former Greene County sheriff Mickey Owen.

The induction ceremony will be held Jan. 29 at the University Plaza and Hotel Convention Center in Springfield.
