   Compared to last week, steers, 400-800 lbs., sold steady to 2.00 higher;
heifers, 400-600 lbs., steady to 2.00 lower.  Slaughter cows traded steady
to 1.00 lower.  The quality run included numerous bull calves.  Demand was
good.  Cows and bulls were 13 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply,
steers and bulls were 64 percent of the run; heifers 36 percent.  Near
22 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  350-400 lbs 152.00-160.00; 400-
500 lbs 146.25-159.00; 500-600 lbs 140.00-152.25. fleshy 138.00; 600-
700 lbs 132.00-145.00, calves 128.00; 700-800 lbs 130.75-135.00; lot
