   Compared to last week, feeders near steady; slaughter cows firm.
Cows and bulls were 13 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply,
steers and bulls were 52 percent of the run; heifers 48 percent.  Near
17 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.  No Sale in two weeks (Aug 
15th)- enjoy the Mo. State Fair.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and Large 1  475-485 lbs 141.75-144.00; 500-
560 lbs 138.00-141.50; 650-700 lbs 127.00-132.00.  Medium and Large 1-2
350-400 lbs 144.00-146.00; 400-500 lbs 139.75-144.00; 500-600 lbs 133.50-
138.25; 630-645 lbs 130.00-132.00.  Large 1  pkg 538 lbs 138.75; pkg
637 lbs 130.75.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  400-500 lbs 126.00-134.50, fleshy
495 lbs 122.00; 500-550 lbs 123.00-130.00; pkg 582 lbs fleshy 119.00; pkg
626 lbs 123.25.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-400 lbs 133.00-140.00; 400-
