Producers with farm-stored grain under loan with Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) must repay the loan before the grain is removed from the bin.
However, if the sale proceeds are needed to repay the loan, then producers can get a marketing authorization prior to moving the grain.
To do this, producers can call or visit the FSA office administering the loan.
The buyer or elevator is then notified that the grain being delivered is under loan with CCC.
Failure to obtain a marketing authorization or repaying the loan prior to the grain being removed from the bin is an Unauthorized Disposition which is a loan violation.

E-authentication level 2 account
In the past, we have talked about getting an eAuth Level 2 Account so you can view your customer statement via the Internet.
You can also use your eAuth Level 2 account to access other USDA Web applications and services.
This includes things such as submitting forms electronically (i.e. DCP or ACRE contract), completing surveys online, and checking the status of your USDA accounts.
USDA can only accept eAuth accounts from individuals.
Currently USDA eAuth does not have the mechanism to issue accounts to businesses, corporations or other entities.
Contact your local FSA office for more information.
