Sandy Bolser, 72, of Marshall, died Wednesday, June 8, 2011, at her home.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, June 14, 2011, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born June 15, 1938, in Moline, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Harry W. Girt and Marjorie Stodd Girt. On Nov. 30, 1958, she married Ted Bolser who survives of the home. She had lived in Marshall most of her life and was a homemaker.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Debbie Rodgers and her husband, Lance, of Marshall; one son, Donald Bolser and his wife, Karen, of Slater; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bobby Fred Onderbeke of Pangburn, Ark. ,and Jerry Onderbeke of Copperopolis, Calif.; one sister, Sally Irene Turner of Barstow, Ill.; one niece raised in the home, Cindy Lee DeHaven of Columbia; along with several other nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Nolan Bolser; one daughter, Linda Bolser; one grandson, Joshua Bolser; one brother, William Girt; and one sister, Joyce Stillwell.
