Class of 2011 member Morgan Beeler gets her hand dipped in wax in order to make a wax model during the annual Project Graduation Celebration held on Sunday May 22 and Monday May 23. The drug and alcohol free event is put on by parents of the graduating seniors.
Approximately 165 seniors and 65 guests attended the all night party held at Missouri Valley College's Burns Athletic Center.
Laser tag, a three lane bungy run, black jack tables and a hypnotist were just some of the large number of activities available for the students.
The annual drug and alcohol free party was hosted by parents of the 2011 graduating class. According to one of the event's organizers Vickie Tucker over 40 parents stayed throughout the night to help the Class of 2011 safely celebrate their graduation.
Many of the seniors won prizes which ranged from an I-pad to dorm refrigerators. All the students who stayed until the event ended at 4 a.m. were presented a cash prize.
The annual Luck Of the Irish dinner and raffle held in March, as well as many donations from area businesses support the event.

This is a good thing, we must not take it for granted. Thanks to all who support it in various ways. We had a great group of seniors...again this year. Good luck to you all.
