Brenda Kay (Pilcher) Cramer, age 53, of Brunswick, died Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011, at Breshears Memorial Chapel in Brunswick, with Gail Brown officiating. Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011, in Nevada. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Friday, May 6, 2011, at Breshears Memorial Chapel. The family suggests contributions be made to Brunswick Public Library in memory of Brenda. They may be left at or mailed to Breshears Memorial Chapel, 207 W. Broadway st. , Brunswick, MO 65236.
Born June 21, 1957, she was the daughter of Donald Wray Pilcher and Lois Mason Pilcher. She attended Nevada grade schools and graduated from Nevada High School. She was employed for twenty-five years with Kansas City Power and Light. She loved cooking, working with her flowers, riding the bike with her husband, and best of all, visiting and laughing with her friends.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Cramer; her mother, Lois (Mason) (Pilcher) Tyer; one sister, Sharon Jean (Pilcher) Pettibon and her husband, Charlie Loomis, of Flemington,; her step-children, Kevin Cramer and his wife, Ellen, Jana Rossman and her husband, Jeremy, and Jason Cramer and his wife, Jamie; one niece, Melissa (Pettibon) Rider and her husband, Jay, of Dallas, Texas; one nephew, Wess Pettibon, of Springfield; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father.
