Joyce C. Coleman Hollandsworth, 71, of Gilliam, died Saturday, March 19, 2011, at Boon eHospital Center in Columbia.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 22, 2011, at Gilliam Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Weber officiating. Burial will be in Miami Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 21, 2011, at Weiker Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to Gilliam Bapist Church or American Cancer Society in care of the funeral home.
Born Oct. 20, 1939, in Columbia, she was the daughter of Clarence Owen and Oneta Abbet Pierce. She was married to Larry D. Minor, Leroy Coleman and on Jan. 18, 2008, she married David "Nick" Hollandsworth, who survives of the home. She was a 1957 graduate of Hickman High School in Columbia. She sold Watkins products and was a crafter. She attended Gilliam Baptist church and was a longtime resident of Gilliam.
In addition to her husband she is survived by her mother, Oneta Pierce, of Gilliam; one daughter, Teri Leimkuehler, of Gilliam; one son, Jay Minor, of Glasgow; one step-son, Mike Fager, of Welser, Idaho; one brother, Royce Pierce, of Gilliam; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Clarene Owen Pierce; husband Leory Coleman; and one great-grandson.
