Receipts:  1160   One Week Ago:  351    Year Ago:  1789

   Compared to last weeks lighter test, steers near steady-weak; heifers
steady to 2.00 higher.  Supply included high quality feeders with a larger
test of feeders.  Demand good to very good.  Slaughter cows sold steady.
Cows and bulls were 11 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers
and bulls were 56 percent of the run; heifers were 44 percent.  Near
53 percent of feeders weighed over 600 lbs.  There will be a Special Cow
and Bull Sale on the evening of March 10th.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  pkg 359 lbs 168.00; few 400-500 lbs
154.00-161.50; 500-600 lbs 138.00-154.50; 600-700 lbs 122.00-138.00; 700-
