Junior Wilson, 72, of Napton, died Saturday, March 5, 2011, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Zoar Cemetery in Napton, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Campbell-Lewis Funeral Home in Marshall. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born April 19, 1938, in Grand Pass, he was the son of the late David William Wilson and Lorene Brown Wilson. On June 13, 1959, he married Elsie May Mabrey who preceded him in death on June 5, 2004. He had lived in Saline County most of his life and was owner/operator of Wilson Construction Company.
Survivors include two children, Tammy Wilson and Scott Wilson, both of Napton; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one brother, Rick Wilson of Smithville ; two sisters, Barbara Wise of Marshall and Terry Schied of Napton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tina Wilson Scharnhorst; three brothers, Marvin Wilson, Joe Dale Wilson and Larry Wilson; and one sister, Arlene O'Bryan.
