Virginia Lee Henke, 70, of Marshall, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2011, at Fitzgibbon Hospital in Marshall.
No services will be held.
Born March 29, 1940, in Climax Springs, she was the daughter of the late Hadley Tucker and Faye Simmons Tucker. On June 16, 1960, she married Larry Henke who survives of Marshall Junction. She had lived in Saline County most of her life and was a retired beautician.
Additional survivors include four children, Gary Henke, of Slater, Doug Henke, of Marshall Junction, Denise Lynn, of rural Nelson, and Tracy Graves, of Marshall; eight grandchildren; one great-grandson; seven siblings, Lela Mae Thompson, of Kansas City, Helen Richards, of Wellington, Kan., Leroy Tucker, of Wellington, Selma Melies, of rural Sweet Springs, Barbara Willis, of Miami, Hazel Slack, of Malta Bend, and Bill Tucker, of rural Napton; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Bobby Tucker.
