Howard W. (Butch) Wilder Sr., 57, of Marshall, died Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall, with William W. Harlow officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to family choice. Born Feb. 23, 1953, in Marshall, he was the son of Howard B. (Buddy) Wilder Jr. of Ivy Bend and the late Edna Ann Lightfoot Wilder. On Nov. 25, 1970, he married Mae D. Medcalf who survives of the home. He had lived in Marshall his entire life and was a welder for many years at Heinzler Brothers in Marshall.

Additional survivors include two daughters, Lori McKinley and her husband, Chris, of Paxton, Ind., and Tina Wilder Hughes and her husband, Todd, of Marshall; one son, Howard W. Wilder Jr. and his wife, Betty Mae, of Marshall; his stepmother, Judy Day Wilder of Ivy Bend; and seven grandchildren.
