Receipts:  440    One Week Ago:  1076    Year Ago:  1004

   Compared to last week, feeders were not well tested this week.  With a
winter cold snap and frigid temps supply was light.  Demand moderate to
good.  Slaughter cows traded 1.00 to 2.00 higher.  Cows and bulls were
19 percent of receipts.  In the feeder supply, steers and bulls were
50 percent of the run; heifers were 50 percent.  Near 28 percent of feeders
weighed over 600 lbs.

   Feeder Steers:  Medium and large 1  430-465 lbs 132.50-136.50; pkg
564 lbs 124.75; pkg 584 lbs fleshy 119.75; pkg 640 lbs 122.00; 700-
750 lbs 111.50-114.75.  Medium and Large 1-2  350-400 lbs 138.00-139.50;
425-460 lbs 132.00-137.50; 500-600 lbs 123.00-132.00; 600-615 lbs 117.50-
122.00.

   Feeder Heifers:  Medium and Large 1  400-500 lbs 115.00-122.50; 500-
600 lbs 111.75-117.00; 600-700 lbs 109.50-111.75.  Medium and Large 1-2
345-400 lbs 116.00-122.00; 400-500 lbs 113.00-121.00; 500-600 lbs 109.75-
114.75; 600-700 lbs 106.00-108.75; pkg 796 lbs 100.00

   Feeder Bulls:  Medium and Large 1-2  400-500 lbs 122.00-133.00; 500-
