Carol Ann Phillips, 58, of rural Marshall, MO, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2010, at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, 2010, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel, with Rev. Dale Bean officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Ridge Park Cemetery in Marshall. Memorials may be made to Community Cancer Center. Friends may sign the online register book at www.campbell-lewis.com.
Born July 22, 1952, in Marshall, she was the daughter of the late Paul Bradshaw and Katherine Alspaw Bradshaw. On December 3, 1993, she married Kenny Phillips who survives of the home. She had lived in Marshall her entire life and worked for Four Seasons Home Health Care as a nurses' aid.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter, Stacey Lynn Hall, of Marshall; two stepsons, Chad Phillips, of Marshall and Jeff Walsh, of Columbia; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; two brothers, Don Bradshaw, of rural Warsaw and Jim Bradshaw, of Sedalia; one sister, Maryetta Duffey, of Marshall; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Paul W. Bradshaw Jr.
